The Hangzhou Center project was created by the well-known design teams Lead8 and GP. The design concept is inspired by the landscape of the West Lake, exploring the soft, elegant and humane characteristics of the West Lake, giving the design a higher moral connotation. Based on the architectural innovation of "Liuxia Canopy", the main facade's rich glass box blocks are interspersed with simple vertical stripes, forming a simple, elegant and elegant appearance. The bold innovation of the cantilevered lower corner section creates a calm and majestic facade. It adds a touch of uniqueness and memory, and enriches the architectural texture. The design of the roof garden provides a panoramic view of the bustling city from a high altitude, and a 360° view of the entire Hangzhou city view extending from Wulin.
Overlooking the canal landscape, the West Lake, the Twin Peaks, the canal, the city and the sunset, the sunlight passes through the glass roof skylight, casting fine and mottled light and shadow. Named after Hangzhou, it is jointly built by China Resources Land, Greentown China and Hangzhou Metro. It is a landmark TOD urban complex in the city center integrating high-end shopping malls, super-grade office buildings and luxury hotels.
With "trend and pioneer" as its DNA, it is based on the business district with a rich portfolio of business formats. Operate the "Central Art Museum" to create an exclusive "art scene" and create a new landmark in the city.
In order to fit in with the "high-end", "artistic", "trendy" and "luxury" experience and architectural tone of the Hangzhou Central Office Building, natural marble was selected as the overall decorative material. The space is mainly black and white, with gold as an embellishment.
There is no need to exaggerate the strange shape. The three Italian fish-belly white square columns seen through the glass at the entrance are enough to attract attention. Needless to say, the ultimate luxury of Italian fish belly white is different from the traditional flat narrative. The background of the reception desk in the lobby of the office building is arranged in a staggered arrangement of blocks of different sizes, which is very dynamic. In addition to the minimalist modern style, a few rays of vitality are integrated into the space, growing toward the sun and following the light. Sunlight shines into the house through the ultra-high floor-to-ceiling windows, covering the space with colorful gauze of different colors, either noble or elegant, allowing you to explore and discover unique beauty with different eyes. The creation of details shows the designer's intentions, echoing, contrasting, and setting off, making the various units of the space appear distinct from each other, but also harmonious and symbiotic, suitable for expressing the beauty of tranquility. Hangzhou Central Mall radiates young hipsters, independent women, millenials and office workers in the area. It is a fusion of trendy luxury products, pyrotechnics and stylish time, and has attracted much attention from the beginning. Bright, concise, luxurious and dynamic spatial visual impression. Integrating multiple functional attributes into one, maintaining harmony in the spatial experience, allowing each theme to find elements that fit and echo each other in each field, and you will be immersed in it when you walk in. The venue with bright and abundant lighting is the best show venue for Italy’s blue and white sands. As you move around, the sand reflects the sparkling light spots like a lake, making it dazzling.
The textures are rich, flexible, and eclectic, and you often see something new, turning every visit into a journey of exploration. The mountains, rivers, lakes, and stars are vast, and the natural picture is presented with modern design techniques. After blurring the boundaries, every visitor They all use their own eyes to freeze the most wonderful pictures on the sands. Positioning as "the first choice for trendy luxury in Hangzhou" and "the gathering place for trendy art and life" means that it will always be in a state of continuous trend innovation. To capture the latest world trends and lead exquisite new luxury life; to gather the ever-changing young people and build emerging cross-border communities; to discover the resonance between art trends and public life and activate the emotional value of the city center. Italian fish belly white and blue sand, along with every movement and evolution of Hangzhou Center, will also make the unique characteristics of Hangzhou Center more prominent.
